What we collect

When you cast a vote in the club awards we ask for your full name and email address. We do not ask for any other personal information.

Why we collect it

Your name and email let us check that each ballot comes from a real person and that nobody votes twice. We may also use your email to contact you about future club events, the awards results, or member features we plan to add (such as logging in to manage events).

Where it is stored

Submitted ballots are stored in our database and mirrored to a private Google Sheet so club organisers can review them. Neither is shared with anyone outside the club's small organising group.

How long we keep it

We keep contact information for as long as is needed to run the website. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
